Sure, because of the success of the investment, it seems like hindsight bias, but you cannot blame me from basking a little in the sunlight of my own glory.
Just kidding.. on a serious note this investment looked a no-brainer, a sitting duck. Ofcourse a booming 2014 bull run helped the cause too.
I would sincerely urge every investor interested in Spin-offs and turnarounds to read and re read Joel Greenblat’s amazing book.
